This was the first song written by Bryce for the band. From this point on, Bryce would write and record cruddy sounding demos and send to the remaining members of the band to review, re-write, and do whatever. As you can tell, the melody of this demo and the album version are very different. The melody was originally too high for us to sing live without our voices cracking. Thankfully Tom re-wrote the melody and made the song just a bit catchier. Bryce is playing all instrumentation in these "Bryce Demos", which are poorly mixed, edited, and played.
